The Biz Buddies program began with a mission to make financial literacy fun and accessible for young students — and today, we’re focused on empowering all kids with the tools to understand money, think like entrepreneurs, and build confidence early on. As a youth-led initiative, we’re creating a future where financial education is hands-on, inclusive, and available to every child — no matter their background or experience.

Ananya Menon is a high school student passionate about youth education, economics, and finance. She founded BizBuddies to make financial literacy fun and hands-on for kids — and to give every child the confidence to understand and use money wisely.

Romir Kadiam

Co-founder

Romir Kadiam is a student with a strong passion for youth education, finance, and mathematics. He is dedicated to helping young people build confidence with numbers and understand the value of financial skills early on.
