Get involved

Three ways to help kids learn money.

BizBuddies runs on students, teachers, and partners who give a few hours to make financial literacy stick. Pick the path that fits you.

Volunteer as a student teacher

For middle school, high school, and college students in the Houston area. You'll help run workshops: leading games, explaining budgeting basics, and coaching kids through their first mini business. No teaching experience needed; we prepare every lesson with you before you're in front of a class.

Not in Houston? Bring BizBuddies to your own school or city. We'll share our workshop plans, booklet materials, and what we've learned from running sessions. You bring a couple of committed students and a classroom that will have you.

Host a workshop

For teachers, school staff, and community organizations. We come to you with a ready-to-run session, typically one class period, built around games and a hands-on mini-business activity. Tell us your grade level and schedule and we'll plan around it.

Not sure which fits?

Send us a note and tell us who you are (parent, student, teacher, or something else). We'll point you the right way.
